Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting time, not the beginning of constant maintenance and repair issues. California’s lemon laws ensure that consumers aren’t stuck with a lemon—but dealerships and manufacturers are often reluctant to fulfill their obligations, until an attorney gets involved.
I know how frustrating it is to try to get results on your own. After spending over a decade working at major lemon law firms and as a claims adjuster, I founded the Beck Law Office in 2022. I know the lemon law inside and out, and have resolved hundreds of claims in favor of my clients. Whether our case settles out of court or we take it to trial, my proven track record and personal approach can get you the results you deserve.
I started the Beck Law Office to help consumers get results, fast. While big law firms can get results, their approach is often impersonal. I value great communication and tailored service, and use those principles to get clients back on the road.

WHAT I DO
I have dedicated my career to standing up for consumers who have been wronged by large automobile manufacturers. Cars and trucks are expensive and yet are so important in our daily lives. When buying a car, truck or SUV you should get what you pay for, nothing less. If the manufacturer sells you a car with a defect that substantially impairs the use, value or safety and are unable to repair it in a reasonable number of repair attempts then you should get a refund plain and simple. If you do not then I will fight for you to ensure you get what's fair.
